Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to popular spots, but there were some room issues like a stained lamp shade and a view of a neighboring dirty hotel roof. The chrome cast feature for entertainment was a big plus for our Miami trip.
The hotel had some mixed aspects to it. While the rooms lacked fresh air and had smaller beds than expected, they were situated on a high level, although not ready at the 4:00 check-in time. The service was top-notch with professional and kind employees, though it could have been more visible. The location was ideal, striking a balance between being close to popular spots like South Beach and being peaceful. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of fresh options. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, being close to the elevator meant hearing it at night going up and down. It was cozy and clean but lacked balconies or patios.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although nice enough with a queen double bed and ocean view with great interior design and furnishings, were quite tiny, making it hard to navigate, especially for someone in a wheelchair. Despite the comfortable room, the total cost, with all the additional fees including parking, resort fees, and taxes, ended up being over $300, which was a significant downside.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some highlights like the inclusion of a bottle of Prosecco in our room but also drawbacks such as the loud noise from the nearby elevator and delays in room readiness. The service was a mix of friendly and unapologetic staff, and the location, while beautiful, had early closing hours and allowed smoking by the pool which was not ideal. The dining was a bit hit or miss with good quality but nothing exceptional. However, the large palm tree garden added a nice touch to the surroundings.
Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, our room wasn't ready, but after requesting a change due to frayed carpets at the entrance, we received a clean and comfortable room with a stunning ocean view where we spent several days enjoying the scenery. The staff were mostly good and helpful, although a bit overwhelmed at times. The location was amazing for relaxation, but construction caused heavy traffic, impacting the overall experience. The dining options were good value, especially considering the perfect ocean view.
The hotel rooms are a good size and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and modern amenities, but they were not ready upon my arrival and showed signs of wear and tear. The service was excellent, delivering friendly and professional assistance, though being indifferent to our returning guest status was a downside. The location was decent, offering easy access to various places via Uber, yet a bit far from dining options. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money with some room for improvement.
The hotel had ups and downs. The rooms were clean and updated, but some issues with noise complaints. Service was good overall, except for some unfriendliness during breakfast. The location was beautiful but impacted by nearby construction. Dining was amazing despite some organization issues. Facilities were limited but well-maintained.
